... purification was done with microclean (Microzone, UK) in which PCR product was mixed with equal volume of microclean solution and centrifuged at 13000 rpm for 5 minutes followed by removal of supernatant with a pipette. Again centrifuged at 13000 rpm for 1 minute to remove residual solution, and distilled water was added to dissolve the precipitated PCR product. |
