Human cDNAOK!®
cDNAOK!® is a multiplex PCR kit, specially designed to amplify constitutively expressed genes from different chromosomes.
Careful optimisation when making this kit means that only cDNA is amplified and not any contaminating genomic DNA, therefore giving a true reflection of the quality of the cDNA preparation.
