microSTOP-BLUE Prices >>

A non-denaturing loading buffer that aids in gel loading but does not affect the running of samples.

Contains 96% formamide, 20 mM EDTA and Dextran Blue dye. The dye remains in the loading wells
and does not migrate into the gel. Its presence in the well can be useful when loading alternate wells.

microSTOP-RED

A denaturing buffer that contains the highest quality formamide. The excellent denaturing properties of
microSTOP-Red means that even the most difficult DNA templates are efficiently denatured, thereby greatly enhancing both DNA sequence and and genotyping data.

Contains 96% formamide, 20 mM EDTA and Basic Red dye. The dye migrates in the opposite direction
to the DNA sample i.e out of the gel, therefore avoiding aberrations.
