<p class="citation">A fragment of the cytochrome c oxidase I gene (COI) was amplified according to Folmer et al. [12]. <strong>After purification using Microclean (Microzone Ltd.)</strong>, sequence reactions were performed using the BigDye Terminator Cycle Sequencing kit V. 1.1 (Applied Bio- systems, Foster City, CA, USA) and sequence data were obtained using an ABI310 automatic sequencer (Applied Biosystems).
