What we need from you:
* Purchaser's full name and telephone number
* A purchase order number
* Billing address
*Shipping address
* VAT status - if exempt, a VAT exemption certificate showing your VAT number must be provided
* Catalogue number, product name, unit size and the quantity of each item required
Prices and terms:
* Prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are exclusive of VAT
* VAT will be charged, at the appropriate rate prevailing in the UK at the time, unless a valid VAT exemption certificate accompanies the order
* Carriage and handling will be charged per order. Information about charges is available on request
* Microzone Ltd reserve the right to alter prices, delivery and packaging without prior notice to the customer
