BetterBase
BetterBase is novel enhancing buffer specially designed and tested for use with the ABI BigDye® sequencing mix.
BetterBase is compatible for use with all sequencing machines.
This buffer replaces either home made or other commercial dilution buffers and can provide greatly
improved results with difficult templates.
Simply dilute the ABI BigDye® v 1.1 and 3.1 mix with BetterBase so you economise and improve your
sequencing at the same time!
